Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if you:

• Experience a technical issue with your download

• Receive the wrong file

• Or believe there’s been a mistake with your order

Please email us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue promptly.
